Position Information
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fremont, CA
Hourly Pay: $35/hr contract

Brief Job Description:
The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager. This is a 6 month contract. This position will interpret financial results, offer suggestions to reduce costs, improve profits, or mitigate financial or organizational downside.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial planning and analysis
- Oversee the ongoing financial forecasting process
- Variance analysis of Gross Margin (GM) and Operating Expense (OpEx)
- Provide guidance as it relates to accounting rules and regulations, financial oversight and overall business judgment. Additionally, this position interprets

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of applicable experience in a multinational corporation
- Proficiency in SAP R/3, SAP BW is very important.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Functions – Pivot Tables, Lookup, Data Analysis & Charting
- Strong communication with a desire to work in a team envirnoment
- MBA or CPA preferred
