Process Daily Accounts Receivable Data Entry and post daily cash entries on receipt.
•Process accounts payable invoices for payment processing.
•Provide research assistance to staff and manager on G/L reconciliation issues and assist with closing books at month end.
•Complete the customer statement mailing process by the deadline established each month.
•Filing of all documents for the department.
•Make copies of all documents required for the department.
•Any other duties as may be assigned.

Candidate should have have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational/time management skills, Experience with Microsoft office products and attention to detail/accuracy. MAS 90(SAGE software) is preferred though not required.
