We have several clients in the Westchase area of Houston with opportunities in a call center environment, both inbound and outbound. Please take a look at both job descriptions listed below. We would love the opportunity to represent you in either, or both, of these great opportunities!!

INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Our client is an industry leader in offering energy services to customers across America. If you are interested in working for a company with a fun, laid back environment, and excellent benefits, this is the PERFECT opportunity for you!!

***MUST be available to work any shift Monday - Saturday between the hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM***

  • 2+ years of previous call center experience required
  • Previous call center experience for a utilities company is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Our client has provided litigation support to its' clients for over 25 years.

***HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - MUST be flexible to work as little as 30 hours a week if projects are slow***

  • Make outbound phone calls to research and retrieve medical records for clients
  • Conduct research, resulting in revelation of undisclosed physicians and treatments and pre-existing conditions
  • 1+ years of OUTBOUND call center experience REQUIRED
