Details of this critical opening follow: JOB SUMMARY: This position will mainly be responsible for monthly interfaces and cash reconciliations within ACE Global Treasury. In addition, this position will actively participate in projects including but not limited to, integration of other regions/business units into Global Treasury. Critical factors to success include: customer service oriented, results and detail oriented, meet deadlines, ability to work in a team, multitask, willingness/desire to learn and develop, flexible, ability to learn processes outside of own in order to serve as backup, ability to thrive in fast pace environment. RELATIONSHIPS AND SCOPE: This position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President, Global Treasury. This position is responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the duties listed below and will need to interact effectively with other business and operational units across the ACE organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform the following processes: * Ensure various monthly interfaces of Quantum subledger to PeopleSoft general ledger are performed timely and accurately * Quantum static data setup and backup for counterparty setup * Account reconciliations, including but not limited to the following: 1. Cash 2. Sweeps 3. Notional pool accounts 4. Miscellaneous deposits 5. Investment operations suspense * Various recurring monthly journal entries * Intercompany settlements * Key control questionnaires * Credit Quality Letters * Stub period reporting * Financial reporting * Research and resolve issues as they arise, documenting resolution * Meet all deadlines, as communicated in reporting calendar * Ensure key processes are adequately documented * Identify process improvements * Special projects such as, integration of other business units into Global Treasury MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Four year degree in Business, with a major in Accounting or Finance 2. 1+ years of related experience 3. Must demonstrate an orientation to results 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment 5. Strong adaptation to change 6. Good computer skills, e.g. Excel 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills 8.
