Description:

Our local CPA firm client is a growing, diverse and yet family friendly firm with a great reputation. This firm has a very advanced and developed tax practice, and serves a wide variety of small and mid sized businesses in tax preparation and planning, as well as working with a number of high net worth individuals. This firm offers excellent medical benefits, and pays for all family medical premiums. Further, they offer a generous four week vacation package, and other flexibility as needed. At this point, the firm is assessing the coming busy season, and is planning to add a heavy senior, due to practice growth. In this role, the candidate will assist in tax planning and compliance for a diverse clientele including healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing and professional services firms.

Requirements:

4 - 6 years Public Accounting experiencewith a specialization in Tax qualifies you for this opportunity to gain new experience and be a part of the growth!

CPA strongly preferred, and required for advancement to partner

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and juggle client demands

Solid management skills and ability to train and develop staff
