JOB DESCRIPTION:

Corporate HQ position in Orlando, FL. BSME or other engineering degree with MS and/or MBA a plus. This is a job only for the successful engineering executive who has made it to the multi-plant, devisional or corporate leadership role. Must have significant capital projects management, multiple simultaneous project-mostly automation equipment upgrades, new manufacturing lines, etc. Yearly spend in this group is $30MM, with 8 project managers reporting directly.Need a person confident and sophisticated enough to deal with top level management, yet enough of an engineer to work along with teams in a hands-on capacity when projects go to installation on site. Travel is 35%- 50%. Starting salary target is $125k-$150k base plus 20% bonus and generous relo.
