Position Description:
Acquired Sales Administrator is responsible for generating qualified appointments through outbound telephone calls that will result in sales for Medicare programs in all regions. Responsible for qualifying prospective members and scheduling appointments for in-home, group meeting, and office appointments.
Primary Responsibilities:

Convert prospective leads into sales opportunities for Medicare sales staff

Obtain and maintain working knowledge of company's Medicare products by region, including competitive comparisons

Qualify and confirm eligibility of prospective members to ensure the highest quality sales opportunity is provided to sales staff

Input prospect information in database for tracking and reporting purposes

Adhere to departmental policy and compliance procedures (i.e., must follow a script)

Provide backup support to Direct Marketing Reps as needed

Qualifications:

Exceptionally strong verbal and communication skills

Strong client service/rapport building skills

Must understand and demonstrate good customer service skills

Must be flexible and willing to change as needed due to varying market conditions and manager direction

Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques applicable to lead generation
-
1 year Lead Generation or Outbound Call Center experience required

Must be able to navigate through Windows programs
-
Background in Medicare-related healthplans helpful

High school diploma; some college preferred

Must be able to obtain Nevada Life & Health Insurance license within 60 days of hire
