HRMS Analyst

Responsible for auditing HRMS database information for corruption or missing information, performing maintenance on HRMS database tables and corrections to HRMS databases; developing special reports; writing and/or editing system workflow configuration, ensuring quality resolution and thorough and accurate documentation of HRMS function discrepancies and concerns; identifying and resolving problems encountered; providing support and assistance to departmental staff as necessary; and participating in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience; minimum two years HRMS experience, preferably with a medium to large corporation with multiple locations; and knowledge of a suite of office software packages.
