Sr. Member of Technical Staff, Process Engineering: Adesto Technologies Corporation

Description:

Adesto Technologies is looking for an experienced process engineer to actively participate and lead complex development projects of advanced memory technologies.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading process engineering and development efforts for advanced memory devices.

Take leadership on complex technical projects involving cross functional teams and multiple partners.

Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 12 years direct experience in CMOS process engineering and integration of advanced BEOL modules specifically thin film deposition specifically PVD is a must.

Extensive knowledge of dielectric and metal deposition processes for CMOS BEOL is required.

Strong understanding of material science of thin films including stress management and stack engineering is a must.

Strong knowledge of PVD and CVD Tool platforms is a must.

Experience in leading complex technology development programs.

Direct experience in development of advanced sub 130nm CMOS BEOL technologies is required.

Direct fab experience is helpful.

Education Requirements:

MS or PhD in chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, or related field.

Strong understanding of PVD and CVD thin film deposition processes is a requirement.

Strong command of CMOS process development and integration issues is a requirement.

It is expected that the candidate will also have a basic understanding of CMOS device physics and operation.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Ability to manage vendors and partners and organize complex projects is a must.
