Provider Relations Representative - Elkridge, MD
Position Description:
Positions in this function are involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with network providers as well as potential network providers through regular interaction.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of claims experience is required
- 2 years of experience presenting in front of an audience is required
- 3-5 years of experience working provider relations or network management is required
- 3-5 years experience working directly with Physicians and provider practices is required
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 3-5 years of analyzing, Tracking and Trending client data
- Valid Driver's License, reliable automobile and current insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior problem solving ability
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data with ability to explain data in understandable and useable fashion
- Ability to use innovative approaches to achieving performance targets
- Capable facilitation skills with ability to motivate and influence others; ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with individuals and groups
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage a variety of complex issues
