You will provide leadership and management of human resources development, strategic and operational planning, fiscal planning and control, physical resources, instructional programs, institutional marketing/advancement, and economic and workforce development. You will be challenged to grow the school and enhance our programs. Presently, our course work offerings include: Allied Health, Design, Information Technology, and Trades.

Skills you will need:
Experience as a Proprietary School Executive Director essential
Bachelor degree is REQUIRED, Masters Preferred
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage & motivate professionals as a cohesive team
Excellent communication with staff and community
Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
An ongoing customer focus

What you will do:
Total P&L responsibility
Oversee campus operations and all staff
Management of Directors responsible for Admissions, Education, Financial Aid, Career Services and Student Services
Maintain School's Accreditation status, both Federal & State
