Telegent has delivered a breakthrough technology that has transformed the landscape of the mobile TV industry, by enabling phones to receive TV broadcasts from both analog and digital broadcast standards. Telegent's support for analog standards is unique in the industry, enabling manufacturers to provide consumers with worldwide access to free, live TV programming using existing broadcast infrastructure that has been built out over the last sixty years. This capability has led to shipments that have now surpassed those of all other digital subscription standards combined, resulting in millions of mobile TV viewers in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and Africa .

Description/Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced manager with strong, hands-on digital design experience:

• Demonstrated success in managing a team that has taped out a SoC resulting in revenue generating products.
• Has a proven track record of developing and implementing detailed project schedules and plans.
• Lead all aspects of the design cycle as necessary.
• Has worked with at least one design in excess of one million placeable instances.
• Has 3-5 years experience as an individual contributor AND 3-5 years experience leading a team of 4 or more engineers
• Working knowledge of System Verilog, System-C, code coverage, etc.
• Solid understanding of basic DSP blocks (such as filtering, Viterbi, FFT, etc).
• Basic lab skills. Working knowledge of FPGA based prototyping. Viterbi, FFT, etc).
• Requires MSEE or better

Desired:

• Working knowledge of television standards (such as NTSC, ATSC, etc) preferred but not required.
