May perform one or more of the following:
An experienced IT professional manager, who applies a broad knowledge of systems analysis concepts, practices and procedures to the management of a team responsible for design, testing and implementation of system enhancements. Candidates must have experience managing the implementation of complex system implementations for online, VRS and web applications. The candidate is also responsible for managing the client interface and client change order process, local LAN administration and telecommunications support. The candidate should have demonstrated skills managing large technical teams and coordinating system activities across multiple internal and external support organizations
A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 -15 years of progressively responsible related technical management experience.
Specific Requirements:
Experience with managing large technical teams, requirements gathering, GUI and web design, test plan development, LAN and telecommunications technology. The candidate should be knowledgeable in CMM methodology, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
