Analyzes the needs of functional department, prepares reports/recommendations and establishes priorities.

* Contributes to the development of enhancements and/or modifications to the company*s information processing systems and oversees the implementation.

* Coordinates with functional departments involved to collect system requirements, techniques and controls.

* Recommends operating policies/procedures and standards.

* Sets goals and objectives for performance and operating standards
