Analyzes the needs of functional department, prepares reports/recommendations and establishes priorities.
* Contributes to the development of enhancements and/or modifications to the company*s information processing systems and oversees the implementation.
* Coordinates with functional departments involved to collect system requirements, techniques and controls.
* Recommends operating policies/procedures and standards.
* Sets goals and objectives for performance and operating standards
* Keeps abreast of state-of-the-art technology and ensures training of staff.
* Prioritize, schedule and plan the execution of multiple projects which span more than one business unit or function
* Maintain a high-level dependencies and be able to mitigate project risks
* Ability to work collaboratively with the team
* Selects, hires, evaluates and develops staff.
* Responsible for responding to issues outside the normal business working hours
* Orchestrates and/or performs broad, highly complex studies, research or projects as assigned
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
