Job Details:

EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: At least five years in a hospital or seven years similar experience in an industrial setting.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification. Training certificate in mechanical, electrical, air conditioning or equivalent experience of ten years.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be capable of lifting/carrying greater than 50 pounds and be able to push/pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, walk, sit, crouch/squat, crawl, flex/position/twist, stand, hold, repetitive activity and reach.

SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance of the hospital buildings, equipment and physical plant.
