SSC - INVENTORY ASSOCIATE Description:

As the Inventory Associate you will responsible for the accurate and timely recording of Inventory through New Vehicle delivery from Manufacturers, Used Vehicle purchases and Dealer Trades
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process assigned work in an accurate and timely manner meeting all SLA's:
⢠New Vehicle - Process New Vehicle Inventory through In-Transit and In-Stock status. SLA 24 hours. Maintain and ensure accuracy in all systems: AAU, ANRI and Fortis.
⢠Used Vehicles - Process Used Vehicle Inventory through Auction Houses, 3rd Party purchases and Wholesale Trades. SLA same day if received by 3:00pm, following day if received after 3:00pm. Maintain and ensure accuracy in all systems: ANRI, Fortis.
⢠Dealer Trade - Process Dealer Trades within and outside AutoNation. SLA same day if received by 3:00pm, following day if received after 3:00pm. Maintain and ensure accuracy in all systems: ANRI, Fortis.
⢠Assist in training as requested
⢠Review assigned schedules
⢠Perform all other Projects and Tasks as requested
Required Experience:
Ideal candidates will have:
o Minimum 2 years of Accounting Experience
o Minimum 2 years of General Ledger Experience
o Strong communication and organizational skills
o Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems
o Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
o Must be able to communicate effectively with store management and sales personnel
o Team player with superior service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
o College degree
o 3 - 4 years of Automotive Inventory Experience
Required Education:
o High school graduate or equivalent
