Account Manager / Major Account Manager - outside sales consulting position



Rabbit Office Automation is a fast growing independent sales & service dealership for Ricoh Family products (Ricoh, Savin, Lanier & Gestetner), including copiers, printers, scanners, wide format and fax machines. Our specialty is working with clients to develop an information strategy that incorporates connecting digital multifunction products (MFP) or "copiers" to their local computer networks in order to improve throughput and employee productivity. Our Headquarters is located in Santa Clara County in the heart of Silicon Valley and we have offices in Pleasanton, CA and Reno, Nevada.
This Major Account Manager position is an outside sales/consulting position for the person who has a passion for technology and understands business. As a business to business sales professional working out of one of our three offices in Reno, Sunnyvale, CA. or Pleasanton, CA, you will work to identify and develop office solutions that will improve a clients work flow, efficiencies, and provide cost containment. You will conduct document flow studies and recommend various document management strategies and solutions using tools provided by RABBIT OFFICE AUTOMATION.
Our business solutions offerings include various copier, printer, fax and software solutions.

Major Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop business contacts with top level management of prospective customers.
  • Work within prospect organizations to develop and implement productivity and cost saving solutions.
  • Top Management Presentations.
  • Manage new and existing account relationships so that your customers get the best possible support.
