EOE/M/F/D/V Contract 30.00-36.00 an hour Test Engineer As a member of our test equipment development team you will be responsible for the hardware and software design and coding of system and board level (RF and Digital) tests on an STE/ATE. The candidate must demonstrate initiative in their daily activities, with excellent inter-personal and communications skills both oral and written, additionally must have the ability to successfully interface with multiple people and departments. The selected candidate will be required to interact with production test team members, manufacturing associates and test technicians, project leaders, manufacturing engineers as well as system engineers on a daily basis. Candidate must be highly proficient in defining hardware and software requirements, including system level, board level, test fixtures and test equipment, problem identification and troubleshooting. Selected candidate will participate in requirements analysis, development and reviews for hardware including system level, board level, test requirements, and software requirements. Candidate will be responsible for the design product documentations such as Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), System Design Document (SDD), and Interface Control Document (ICD) to name a few.hjtechnical
Requirements: Required Skills / Qualifications: BS Degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering Must have 5 years experience with software/hardware application design and implementation.Must have experience in developing Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Cases for relatively complex subsystems and in the development of end item type test software ( LabView or LabWindows). Must be proficient in the use of the following test equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Modulation Analyzers, Audio Analyzers, DMM’s, Digital Storage Scopes, Vector Signal Analyzers, and Vector Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, and Frequency Counters. Must be familiar with the following software tools or their equivalents: Rational Rose, Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Clear Case, and Rational Clear Quest. |
