SR EMBEDDED LINUX DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Overview
Interface along with product managers and senior engineers to create innovative and fresh features for embedded software that runs on all proprietary company wireless modems.
Responsibilities
Develop, port, integrate and test features onto various embedded platforms on the Linux operating system
Participate in or drive architecture and design activities as required
Be the technical expert on embedded Linux related tasks, and mentor team members when necessary
Requirements
BSEE with 5+ years dedicated Linux software development
5+ years C/C++ language experience
Superior oral / written communication skills
Solid understanding of Linux kernel development, scripting device drivers, BSP’s
Bonus if you have knowledge of routing protocols/ can disect networking issues
