JOB DESCRIPTION:
Firstsource Solutions is seeking highly motivated individuals to work with patients by telephone to resolve their hospital account balances. Our professional staff offers assistance to patients with insurance denials, qualifying for charity programs, and scheduling payment arrangements. This is a call-center position applying customer service and negotiating skills to settle accounts. Other duties will be assigned by management. Must be willing to work some evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently
- Customer Service experience a +
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Collections experience is required
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule from 8am-5pm, 4 days per week and 10am-7pm, 1 day per week (40 hours per week)
