We are recruiting for Customer Service Reps for a growing answering service located in Southwest Houston ! With state-of-the-art technology that is second to none, and our commitment to quality services, we are one of the leading providers of communication services in the Houston area. We are located near Westheimer and the Beltway in Southwest Houston .

We are in need of professional answering/call center representatives to work 8-hour shifts, either morning, afternoon, or afternoon shifts. Representatives will typically work one Saturday or one Sunday per week. These are full-time, 40 hour/week positions.

Representatives act as remote administrative assistants for select clients, and the duties include receiving inbound calls, providing information to callers, documenting detailed messages and relaying messages to the clients in both written and oral form.

The ideal candidate will have excellent grammar and spelling skills, good basic computer skills and type accurately. If you have worked for an answering service or call center recently, you may be a good candidate.

Bilingual candidates a plus*

We need qualified English speaking candidate or bilingual Spanish/English candidates. All candidates must speak clearly, fluently and articulately and must have good spelling and grammar skills, regardless of language abilities.

Applicants must be able to attend paid training from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for up to one week before being assigned to a shift.

Requirements:

• At least one year as a Call Center/Answering Service with experience answering a busy, multi-line phone system or if you speak spanish, experience in an office answering busy, multi-line phone systems.
• Accurate typing 45+ with 1 mistake
• (we will evaluate the skills of each applicant up to three times)
• English/Spanish candidates must write and speak both languages articulately, clearly and fluently with good grammar and spelling skills
