Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Rep with Clearwire, you will be responsible for selling a cutting edge wireless internet service that truly sells itself! The Field Sales Representative is an Outside Sales position responsible for prospecting new consumer and small business customers through various sales techniques. This position will have the full ownership of an assigned territory and will leverage creativity and tenacity to generate new sales. Qualified individuals will possess a history of proven sales success, creative prospecting skills, and the ability to foster meaningful business relationships.

Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, the ability to continuously generate leads, create value for your customers, and the ability to overcome objections and momentary set-backs. Sales are typically closed in one call or with one follow-up; successful partners close several sales each day.

Job Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
· Leverage creative and effective lead generation and sales techniques, including cold calling, tele-prospecting, in-person presentations, community events, guerrilla marketing/grass roots marketing and targeted consumer canvassing.
· Manage prospect funnel effectively
· Maintain high presentation-to-close ratios
· Willingness to work flexible hours to make evening and weekend appointments and participate in community events

Minimum Qualifications:
· Previous success in outside sales w/documented results/achievements preferred
· Experience in high transactional sales environment
· Experience successfully generating sales and meeting sales objectives or quotas
· Strong prospecting skills and abilities
· Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, unstructured environment
· Accustomed to being managed with daily/weekly activity guidelines
· Passion for technology
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with internet browsers
· High School Diploma required, college degree a plus

Other:
· Clearwire Field Sales Reps must travel locally in order to visit prospective customers, therefore must have a valid driver's license.
