| | | | |  Internet Appointment Setters/TeleMarketer (Bankston Ford ) Description: BANKSTON FORD ARLINGTON IS LOOKING FOR INTERNET APPOINTMENT SETTERS!!
We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: § Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule sales appointments § Enter all customer comments into Compass § Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made § Make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments § Confirm scheduled appointments § Post scheduled appointments on appointment board in BDC § Reschedule no-show customer appointments § Follow up with sales associates (non-internet) to determine if appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed. § Generate letters, postcards, emails etc., according to lead age to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact. § Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives § Notify sales managers when an appointment is scheduled § Listen and disposition sales calls into Daily Marketing Plan.
Required Experience: Ideal candidates will have: · Respond to E-Commerce leads according to AutoNation standards and set appointments · Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction, and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction · Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction · Forecast goals at the beginning of each month · Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis · Introduce customers to the Service Department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations · Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled · Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product · Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers · Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards o Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals o Outstanding communication skills o Professional appearance and work ethic o Great attitude with a high-energy personality o Superior customer service skills o 2 or more years sales experience o Proficient Computer Skills including e-mail, internet, etc.
Required Education: o Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or o six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
