Since its inception in 1996, Dimont & Associates has set the standard for hazard insurance claims management for the loan servicing industry including GSE’s, servicers and investors.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver training programs company wide. This position will provide direction and support to the management team and develop best practices throughout the organization.

Must have Training background with heavy emphasis in Operations, strong technical and analytical skills, and an understanding of work flow process. Must be able to travel up to 50% and Mortgage servicing/Investor relations experience helpful.


Duties

Train Field Service Reps, Claims admins and claims associates via formal programs (both in groups and one-on-one).
Design, develop and enhance learning material.
Assist in conducting needs analyses to ascertain learning needs & performance issues and prepare appropriate recommendations.
Measure and evaluate the success of transferring learning to on-the-job application.
Provide coaching as required.
Participate as a learning resource to claims projects as identified.
Assist in researching and identifying external claims-related learning programs.

EDUCATION & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Post-secondary education (College diploma or University degree) is preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning theories; skilled in facilitating Claims learning programs.
Skilled in coaching and developing others.
Thorough knowledge of products, procedures, computer systems, and claims directives.
Skilled in time Management

Proficiency with in-house systems (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes, INDEM, etc.).
Advanced level of English (written, verbal & presentation) is required.
