Call Center Site Director Salary range: $80K - $100K DOE A successful & growing B2B outsourcing call center company is seeking a Site Director for their Western Nebraska call center facility. This is a highly visible leadership role that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire site. The ideal candidate values a people-oriented culture & encourages teamwork at all levels of the organization. The daily leadership of the call center includes (but is not limited to): Profit & Loss Responsibility Evaluating employee performance Managing the leadership team Training & development oversight Ensure the highest customer service standards Communication with executive level internal& external customers The Site Director will be responsible for meeting monthly & quarterly goals established by the company & must possess the following skills/ experience: Demonstrated career progression in a call center environment Proven leadership capability Excellent communication & presentation skills Must possess an open communication management style Proven ability to build teams with a focus on quality & results 4 year college degree or equivalent business experience The company offers an excellent compensation package including incentive pay, health, dental, & vision insurance, 401K, & tuition reimbursement.
