The VP of Retail banking is a member of the senior management team and will also perform the essential functions of a retail banker. This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or other related field; minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and at least 5 years experience in the financial services industry; that includes both deposit services and consumer loans. MORTGAGE LENDER Responsible for developing and managing the Bank's mortgage and secondary market loans within the established guidelines and policies. Job also includes counseling delinquent mortgage customers suggesting solutions and minimizing the loss. Requires at least 5 years experience. Bachelors degree helpful but not required. marketing, public relations & sales training Responsible for all bank marketing, including writing copy and preparing layout of ads, providing public relations for the bank and being the champion of our sales program which includes providing training for the sales program.
