The University of Illinois at Springfield, Department of Admissions has a full-time Admissions & Records Specialist I vacancy. The hourly rate is $11.26 - $12.386. The primary duties include collecting and coordinating the tracking and filing of applications and credentials for admission; entering and updating student data; generating correspondence to students; creating student files and typing admissions forms. Minimum qualifications required include but are not limited to high school graduation or equivalent; college coursework or responsible records management work experience, involving public contact; oral and written communication skills.
