RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
Prospecting,
Sales, Service & Renewals:
|
|
- Works
with Prospective & Existing Customers in office and in field
|
|
- Establishes
needs, Obtains quotes and prepares proposals and/or comparisons for various
employee benefits
|
|
|
- Reviews
proposals with customers, recommends appropriate coverage for renewal,
including benefit changes, adding new lines of business
|
|
|
- Receives,
reviews, works with & responds to RFPs on a timely basis, keeps
management informed
|
|
|
- Works
with Prospective Accounts to obtain Broker of Record Letters
|
|
|
- Proactively
handles group arrears, cancellations or service issues
|
|
|
- Assists
President with lead generation of new prospective clients
|
|
|
|
|
|
Products:

|
|
- Keeps informed
of current industry information/laws, new product information, and
technological advances
|
|
|
|
|
|
Reports:
|
|
|
- Develops
& submits RFP Status & Tracking Report in a timely manner
|
|
|
- Accurately
completes Applied Systems sales & renewal activity reports in timely
manner
|
|
|
- Completes
Excel Spreadsheets upon request
|
|
|
- Provides
weekly update to Project List in timely manner
|
|
|
|
|

Marketing:
|

- Works
with Technical Support to complete development of forms and templates for
employee benefits and RFP Sales & Tracking Report and any
other projects assigned by President
|
