Our client a major insurance company seeks two temporary Office Assistants for long term assignments.
Responsibilities: Will be checking and inputting applications, setting up files. Copying applications and routing to the underwriters, billing policies and preparing them for agent. Receiving and scanning delivery requirements.
Skills: Candidates must have previous experience in a busy corporate environment. Must be able to enter New Business applications quickly but accurately. Excellent data entry and computer skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. Must be able to work well under pressure and time constraints. At least 2 years of experience in a corporate office.
