Functional Description: - Responsible for the timely reporting, escalation and resolution of day-to-day operational problems
- Coordinates Call Center Operations service delivery activities with assigned internal clients
- Provides analyses and recommendations on service delivery improvements, performance metrics and enhancements to productivity
- Develops and recommends quantitative measures and performance metrics
- Manages ad hoc technical projects requested by assigned internal client
- Works on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Education and Typical Years Experience College degree 3-5 years experience All other duties as assigned.
