Position Description: Responsibilities include: • Assist the Branch Service Manager in daily operations, adhering to bank policy and procedures • Support the sales process by expanding and retaining client relationships • May require cross-selling, new accounts, wire transfers, and teller transactions. • Assist in providing product training and referral training Desired Skill Set: This position requires in-depth knowledge of financial products, services, operations, policies and procedures. Minimum 5 years banking branch operations experience with minimum three years in a supervisory capacity. The right candidate must have excellent customer service, public relations, and verbal/written communication skills. Mandarin/Cantonese speaker hihly preferred.
