Functional Description: Provides a client specific outlook to all operational service activities within assigned domain (H&W, DB, DC) Consult with internal and external sources on the client and plan specific impact of all legal, regulatory, process, product or business changes that affect plan administration. Ensures client plan administration and processing team is knowledgeable on all aspects of all single discipline (H&W, DB, DC, Data Management) plan administration offerings of ACS. Ensures that team has complete knowledge of all client plans and programs and can serve as subject matter experts on any client related uniqueness of process within the discipline consulting with all internal and external clients that require that knowledge. Ensure client administration adherence to all ACS policies and procedures. Monitors daily service delivery, service levels, contractual Performance Standards and scope of services commitments for all functions across the discipline and interact with client as needed on these topics. Seek and implement revenue-earning opportunities. Conducts business review meetings Presents and implements new product offerings Serve on project manager on large change order projects, mergers, open enrollment and similar projects. Manage all aspects of client billing. Provide proactive contact to client on service delivery outages, discrepancies and problems. Resolve discipline specific issues for a client and to deliver exceptional service, coordination and communication. Lead client meetings and internal meetings to represent the operation and service delivery and to monitor and report on performance. Communicate and educate client on product changes driven by legal and regulatory events. Consult with clients on adopting ACS product or service enhancements or changes. Communicate with colleague CSMs on multi-discipline clients to ensure seamless service delivery. Have a thorough understanding of service offering in other disciplines on assigned clients. Prepare client specific training materials for internal resources as needed. Prepare proposals (including business requirement and fee quotes) for out of scope work. Establish consistent communication with Shared Services Managers and teams. Implement all internal initiatives around quality, operational excellence, COI and fiscal improvements on assigned clients and teams. skills and extensive experience in managing the operations of a business. Education and Typical Years of Experience: Possess a Bachelor's Degree or preferably Master's Degree in Business or related service delivery area. This person ideally has 7 years or more of benefits experience. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to innovate solutions to problems.
