Role Our client in Northwest Houston is seeking a Customer Service Representative with 1-3 years experience in the Life Insurance Industry (required), preferably in Life Administration and Customer Service. 8AM-5PM Mon-Thurs. 8AM-2:30PM on Fridays! Responsibilities - Answering telephone inquiries from policyholders and agents, as well as written inquiries received in the office - Reviewing policy plans and provisions to determine available options - Processing requests for in-force policy illustrations - Preparing duplicate contracts and/or policy certificates - Processing non-forfeiture options and other policy changes - Researching premium and loan inquiries - Preparing written responses to other general policy holders Our client is looking for someone that has a positive attitude and the desire to be a team member. This position requires someone that can adapt easily to changing priorities, that is dependable, and that is eager to learn. This is a growing company that provides the opportunity to advance within the company. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm.
