Senior Case Manager

Description: The Lynn campus houses two different residential sites, Ryan House & TSS. Ryan houses are two, working half-way house programs; one for men and one for women. During their stay, clients receive gender-specific addiction counseling, work within the community and access job training. The Transitional Support Services (TSS) House is a residential program (25 beds) for men and women who have been detoxed but who are not yet ready for longer term, half-way houses. The program involves intensive case management, with the goal of connecting our client to the best level of aftercare.

SUMMARY
Oversees delivery of case management services.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Oversees case management assignments, distributing caseload accordingly.

2. In collaboration with Program Manager, develops educational curriculum and oversees group scheduling.

3. Assures that all required documentation, including MIS discharge paperwork is completed.

4. Provides direct counseling and case management services as needed.

5. Attends staff meetings and supervisory sessions.

6. Participates in client evaluations and case conferences.

7. Ensures that all clinical paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

8. Ensures all new case managers are trained and receive site specific materials. Responsible for hiring, supervision and scheduling of case managers.

9. Responsible for Quality Management reporting.

10. Other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees clinical services and case management staff.

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-5:00 & Wednesday 11:30-8:00
Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or Associates degree in a Human Services field; two to three years related experience and/or training in the area of chemical dependency, and at least one year of supervisory experience
