Job Description
Delivers Exceptional Client Service. Must have outstanding Information Technology business development experience. Monitors customer satisfaction through routine personal interaction with customers, and program managers. Must have experience with Federal Agencies and/or DoD. Responsible for P&L for the subsidiary. Analyzes monthly and fiscal year to date budget vs. actual revenue and profit performance by project. Supervises subordinate managers. Provide revenue and profit targets to the CFO for incorporation in the annual budget. Assigns specific profit targets. Acts as the lead for all bid and proposal activities under the subsidiary. Monitors, assesses and reports on business opportunities to business development lead department. Assists in developing specific marketing plans. Prepare, update, monitor and report significant changes in the Pipeline Report.
Required Skills
Bachelors Degree required. MBA or Advanced degree in Technical disciplines is a plus. Minimum fifteen (15) years experience working as a Program Manager, Director or higher level. Must have an exceptional business development record. Proven team building and motivational skills including strong technical knowledge with expertise in government contract performance and the applicable laws and regulations. Excellent written, verbal communication and team building skills. Excellent computer skills, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to actively contribute to the success of the subsidiary. Experience with the following IT disciplines is required: Information Assurance, Computer Network Defense, Networking Technologies and Call Center Management. Experience with software development (Java and .net environments) a plus. Certification: PMP certification, ITIL practitioner certificate SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level. Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. Must have a favorable background investigation.
