Siebel Developer: DSS

Our client is a leading, innovation-driven Pharmaceutical corporation that is committed to developing a growing portfolio of best-in-class and first-in-class pharmaceutical products to help people live longer, healthier and more active lives has an immediate opening in the Indianapolis area.

Analyze, design and configure the requirements defined and agreed upon by the business. Assist the technical team to deliver the available Siebel functionalities and the configuration possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assists the technical lead in the development of detail design specifications, overall business solution, and the system architecture.
· Configures the system components that the company will utilize.
· Designs, executes, unit tests, and documents Siebel functionality.
· Assists, as needed, in preparing test scripts, establishing test data, executing test scripts, and recording defects.
· Supports system testing efforts (e.g. bug fixes, analysis, and documentation).
· Assists in the creation/update of validation deliverables.
· Works together with the Interfaces and Analytics teams to ensure the interoperability between the different components of the solution.
· Install Siebel and related components.
· Coordinate with the hardware Infrastructure team for new installations, maintenance and upgrades.
· Other technical duties as assigned by the Siebel technical lead.

Required Experience:

· Proven relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Siebel 7.8/8.0 Tools configuration
· Siebel eScript development
· Siebel Assignment Manager
· Siebel Business Service and Workflow configuration
· Installing Siebel 8.0 on Unix and Windows platform
· Migration of code between environments (e.g. Development to QA)
· Unix, Windows Operating Systems
· Oracle 10g

Desirable Skills:
