The Regulatory Manager is responsible for conducting quality control reviews, monitoring and oversight of the agent anti-money laundering, agent advertising, and OFAC and debarment compliance programs. Reviewing and analyzing legislative digests and all compliance related correspondence from FDL legal. Recommends policy and procedural changes as required. Takes on special projects, prepares compliance audits for management, ensures corporate compliance for Gramm-Leach-Biley, reviews, researches, and responds to written complaints for both policyholder and state insurance departments, reviews appealed claims that require legal intervention and serves as the liaison between company and FDL legal regarding compliance legal matters. Job Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor Degree preferred* Over 4 years of regulatory and compliance experience* Skilled in report gathering, reporting, and analysis* Insurance Industry experience
