BSN preferred. Exp. in rehab setting preferred. Must have strong customer service and leadership skills. Oversight of daily operations of unit, highly visible problem solver ensuring safe, high quality patient care and customer service. Participates with the Manager as needed in scheduling, Kronos application, special projects, chief retention officer, coaching, disciplinary actions, interview/selection of employees and maintenance of license/certification. Aligns behaviors and demonstrates support for the nursing philosophy and mission of WellStar.
