Eligibility: Minimum 18-years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D, above average customer service skills, competitive sales ability, up selling skills, and a clean criminal background. Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

In order to qualify for employment, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma or G.E.D and have a clean criminal background.

IRT runs extensive local, state and federal criminal background checks, pre-employment drug screening and previous employment verification.

You must have excellent computer user skills.
You must be able to type at least 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
You must pass an internet skills assessment test.
