Business/Systems Analysts w/ P and C Insurance expertise.: Collaborative Consulting

We have immediate needs for Senior Business Systems Analyst with Property and Casualty Insurance experience with a strong background in both business and technical environments. The ideal candidate will have Fiserv implementation experience.

Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to, gathering requirements; establishing project documentation; functional design and business quality standards. The successful candidate will also be skilled at working with key users to continually improve business processes; managing projects throughout the entire systems development life cycle; developing and executing test plans; and developing and delivering training.

Sound technical knowledge and experience is a must. As part of a professional services firm, duties can vary from project to project, providing the excitement and variety that many professionals look for.

Other requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, as well as a willingness to learn new and exciting skills, and the flexibility to provide outstanding service while performing a variety of tasks. Prior consulting and financial services experience is a plus.
