Looking for someone who has handled High volume inbound calls and an Insurance background would be a huge plus!!

Responsibilities for the Insurance Specialist position include:
• Responding to incoming customer inquiries in a high volume call center environment via telephone or in writing. This position will respond to 70 to 100 calls per day.
• Communicating with external clients as well as internal departments.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer and client processing problems or errors, that include department premium discrepancies and system problems.
• Supporting processing functions such as issuing insurance policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations for clients, customers, and agents.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance call center environment.
• High school diploma/GED or vocational school diploma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic data entry and computer skills with a basic knowledge of MS Word.
• Ability to maintain contact with internal staff and clients to exchange information.
• Ability to research and analyze information.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Property and Casualty Insurance experience is preferred.

Shifts available:

• Monday – Friday from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
