Current client base includes many Fortune 100 companies. Position is based in Waltham, MA. Minimal travel required (approximately 10-15%).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary client contact; ensure highest level of customer service. Responsible for accurate and timely execution of all marketing programs as well as managing all client advertising deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day client activity and serve as the liaison between client and all internal cross-functional groups (marketing, production, research, legal, and finance).
- Partner with national sales directors to help achieve goals - e.g. gather research, lead the development of creative comps and analyze data for existing/potential clients, serve as a resource negotiated contract terms.
- Assist in the evaluation of program performance, and provide insights and reports to sales and/or individual clients. Provide strategic value add to our existing clients by improving program performance.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience working within an agency or direct marketing service company and will have had substantial experience in each of the following:
- Advertising
- ROI analysis
- Promotion
- Direct marketing
- Sales support
- Client Service in a direct client facing role (non Sales)
- Negotiating contract and business terms with new clients
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required.
