Claims Quality Manager (TRICARE) - San Antonio or Richardson, TX
Position Description:
This position is for a member of the core team responsible for testing the system and business process capabilities for TriCare. The TriCare user acceptance program has high visibility within the organization. This position will require leadership, project management, and expereince with test planning, scenario development, test scheduling, code and defect management in a solution environment that are driven by multiple applications, complex rules and business processes. The position will move into our steady state claim operations and this function will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Claims job family. Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance. Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff.

- 2+ years experience with systems and business process testing
- 2 years of claims auditing experience is required
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency is required
- COSMOS experience is preferred
- Tricare experience or other government contracting experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills demonstrated through successfully leading large and complex change initiatives
- Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team
- May oversee work activities of other supervisors
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities
- Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)
