Operations Manager

The selected call center professional will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of assigned line group, and the efficiency and effectiveness of all assigned staff and production employees; as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications include an associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience; and minimum two years business or call center experience to include one year supervisory experience.
