We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. | | | | -Develop customer-specific supply chain roadmaps (CPFR, network, metrics, lifecycle, channel) -Negotiate key operational terms with our customers. -Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop a high quality demand forecast which is used in our Demand Supply Balancing process -Communicate commitments to our Customers in line with our supply capabilities -Manage product lifecycle models that will give a framework to the forecasting process for each element of the cycle (launch, sustaining EOL, etc) -Work with Sales and Marketing to shape demand based on inventory positions where needed -Work with Customers, Sales & Marketing to heavily influence and measure customer Channel strategies -Drive customer requirements into Global Operations -Manage product transitions to secure the right quantity for launch, realize optimal cost curves and minimize obsolescence -Manage and coordinate Customer First Article Inspection (FAI) plans and activities -Manage key performance indicators to match customer and business goals -Interact with Carrier directly on Operations issues/questions leading up to launch -Coordinate all launch quantities and ramp plans with the Carrier and Sales.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. -7+ years of account management or supply chain management experience with proficiency in supply chain concepts. -Customer oriented problem solver -Organized -Ability to lead and manage a virtual team Handles adversity and ambiguity well -Ability to drive projects to completion by coordinating efforts across the team -Prior relationship-management experience and interpersonal communication skills, -Ability to interact with Sales, Marketing, Engineering groups, and Operations Leadership -Employs a high level of energy and initiative to explore, conceptualize and implement new procedures and processes -Strong verbal and written communication skills
