Savings 1st is looking for results-oriented individuals we can develop into Mortgage Professionals. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. College grads with a great attitude and drive to succeed are encouraged to apply. A two week extensive training program is provided. Experienced Sales Managers will assist you through the loan process. A promotion into sales management is available after one year of productive results. Must have great communication skills and phone presence, financially driven, high integrity, and a relationship builder.
