Position Overview:

This position contributes to the Company's success by leading store operations. The Manager leads an associate team to create and maintain the Company's high standards with an emphasis on merchandising & sales. The Manager is responsible for leading all activities required to achieve store goals including:

• Unit sales performance
• Personnel management
• Customer service
• Merchandise presentation
• Loss prevention
• Expense control
• Overall store administration
• Acting as a role model and holding employees accountable for meeting company customer service standards
• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training employees is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates for management positions should have at least 1-2 years of previous experience in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment where supervisory skills and required leadership are essential. These positions require dynamic, customer-service driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in achieving company goals. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is essential.
