GENERAL SUMMARY

Under supervision and following established policies and branch procedures provide customer service support including the following functional duties:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Accept deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, process loan payments, tax payments, and outgoing wire transactions
2. Balance cash drawer
3. Sell money orders and traveler’s, official and gift checks
4. Process mail and night drop deposit
5. File miscellaneous items and distribute daily reports
6. Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s services and products
7. Accept other duties as deemed appropriate by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent with some college business classes helpful.
• Experience: Cash handling, customer service, general office experience helpful.
• Skills/Ability: PC literate, typing, and ten key proficient. Proficient in math, strong communication skills, detail oriented and ability to function in a team environment. Bilingual (English/Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus.
