We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the Wakefield, MA office. They will be responsible for the growth and retention of a self insurance group offering all lines of insurance to schools and municipalities. This position will require working with brokers and agents and travel throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be energetic and committed to the success of the program.

The chosen candidate will possess the following:

- Four-year degree and/or 8 years sales experience

- Insurance Designation helpful

- Proven experience working in the Workers’ Compensation and Liability insurance industry including underwriting process

- Proven experience working with municipal government and schools

- Third Party Administration Experience a plus

- Superior customer service skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong decision making and organizational skills

- Knowledge of common software programs such as Microsoft Office

- Detail oriented and flexible

- Professional demeanor a must

- Heavy travel and valid drivers license
