Financial Analyst, Sales: 2Wire, Inc.

Sales Financial Analyst will assist with the customer demand and billings forecast process and the customer quoting and approval process. This role reports directly into the Director of Sales Finance through the CFO's Organization.

• Responsible for consolidating and tracking sales forecast across the company
• Report on future commitments identified by Sales and Sales Finance utilizing internal forecasting tools
• Monitor, analyze and report on customer pricing requests
• Analyze and report on billings, including variance analysis from previous forecasts and compared to budget
• Work on various project teams to implement new tools and processes for efficiency
• Assist in the budgeting, planning and analysis activities for Sales
• Ability to document business processes for the purpose of suggesting automation for efficiencies
• This position may perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field, preferably in finance or business
• Minimum of 2 years finance related experience (prefer experience in Sales Finance or Operations )
• Excellent analysis & problem-solving skills
• Undergraduate degree in
• Highly organized & motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects and the ability to manage small scale projects to completion
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input and feedback to the team
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP and Business Objects
• Proficient in Excel ; strong computer knowledge and skill: MS Outlook, Windows, Word, Visio
• Possess a professional and cooperative attitude
